  • Physical signature is no longer required for e-claim submission
  • Consultant will log into MEDiCLAIM using their user name & password
  • Consultant is presented with the claim information to be submitted to the insurer including the insurer consultant declaration (claim form is pre-populated)
  • Claim will be authorised by consultant
  • Consultants authorisation details will be stored with the claim record on MEDiCLAIM

On submission day +1, you will have the ability to retrieve the status of that successfully submitted claim, by calling the Claim Status Service from each Insurer.
